This answer can very greatly depending on your location and the environment around your home. Here in the PNW, we recommend a minimum semiannual cleaning. If you are located in a dark, wooded area, such as Sudden Valley, or even just have a lot of trees next to your house, this cleaning may increase to four times a year.

Factors that affect the timing of your roof cleaning:
-Excessive shade
-Heavy rainfall or snow
-Plant debris
-Wind storms
